This handsome Sheepadoodle mix has made some wonderful progress coming out of his shell while in foster.

Hesitant and fearful at first, Nate needed a bit of patience and space to unwind before he allowed his personality to shine. Long before he felt at his ease around people, Nate drew comfort from the presence of the resident dog. With time and the support of his new friend, this beautiful boy has transformed from timid and overwhelmed to a big ol’ goofball bent on snuggling.

With his newfound confidence, Nate has been taking the lead more on walks, mastered his potty training, and learned the pure joy of toys. His playful spirit has been making more appearances and his desire to shadow his humans has blossomed. He still doesn’t love being left alone but has always been comfortable in his kennel and settles more quickly the more time he is given to adjust. With how far he has come, there is no telling the things this impressive boy will accomplish.
