If you have exhausted all your other options and have decided that the rescue is the best place for your dog, please complete the surrender request form linked below. Please note, that due to the limitations on our foster homes, we are currently only able to assist with dogs less than 25 pounds.
The information will be used to determine whether or not we have a suitable foster home available for your dog, as not all foster homes are able to accept all types of dogs. If we are unable to accept your dog at the present time, we will try and help you place your dog elsewhere or place you on a waiting list for a foster home. At this time, we are only able to assists with dogs that are 30 lbs and under.
