Sid

This sweet boy is a fully-grown Havanese mix who proves wonderful things can come in small packages.

As a King of Cozy, Sid is incredibly skilled at finding the comfiest places in which to curl up into a precious donut of cuteness. When not making himself at home in someone’s lap, Sid likes to get out and enjoy the outdoors. He loves exploring the neighbourhood on walks and has become the area’s most fearsome hunter of blowing leaves.

This little family man has been having the best time enjoying playtime with the kids in his foster home. He is a big fan of fetch and happily shows off his playful side until he decides it is nap time. Without much chance to interact with other dogs, it’s unclear how well Sid plays with his canine counterparts. For now, he seems perfectly content keeping all of the fun between him and his humans.

House-training was never a struggle for Sid and he has quickly caught on to the concept. His accident-free streak started soon after settling into his foster home. Crate-training is something Sid is still diligently working on. Bedtime in his kennel has become an easier part of his routine thanks to some extra affection and encouragement from his foster mom. Until he becomes more confident and comfortable spending time away from his people, daytime kennel-training will likely require a bit of extra patience and support from his furever family.
